It varies, but memberships start from $110 for an individual for a basic membership while you can add on other family members for $70 each and they must be over 12 – around $180 for a couple and $320 for a family of four. Tennis is $40 extra more per month. One great thing, the pricing is month to month, so you do not have some long term contract.
