Also known as Life Time Fitness countrywide, the newly built $30 million dollar structure is located at 1435 East Roseville Parkway and just opened its doors in mid-May this year.
Don’t expect your typical workout chain here – Life Time Athletic is more like a country club or spa and offers a much longer list of amenities and offerings than other gyms. It is the premier experience for your healthy lifestyle in Roseville.
This full service club offers an array of activities featuring a yoga studio, group fitness studios, indoor and outdoor heated swimming, free weights, cycle studio, cardio equipment, 14 outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, pilates, training, nice locker rooms and a family locker room with towels provided.
Their cafe has great healthy lunch options including boxed meals to go, serves to the outdoor pool, and the bistro serves beer and wine (yes, that does mean a nice lunch poolside with your wine after your workout and massage!).
At the full service spa and salon you can get that massage, manicure or pedicure, and a lot more. They even have a lab testing area where you can order your blood work.
Life Time is well equipped for your little ones as well. Kids ages 3 months to 12 years can participate in lots of child development programs including: yoga, games, trampoline, play structure, karate, swim lessons.
They even have a Kid’s Academy where they can learn with Spanish immersion classes, and much more. They can enjoy the two-story water slides and spray garden by the pool. Kid’s membership is $40.00 per month per child for up to three hours per workout or spa session.
