Seafood

McCormik and Schmick’s

What makes this place unique is the quality of the seafood. If you want a night on the town at a nice place this is a great idea. Try the spinach dip or the lobster bisque–amazing choices. They also have great fish tacos and cashew crusted tilapia. People love the bar there, especially happy hour where you can get dollar oysters.

Fins Market and Grill

A staple eatery for Rosevillians to get their seafood fix! After dining on favorites like the whole lobster, salmon sandwich, or fish tacos (really good messy ones) pick up some of their fresh fish flown in daily. Wild King salmon, Alaskan Halibut, live Maine lobsters, oysters in the shell, sushi-grade tuna, Chilean seabass–find it all there. Daily!

La Huaca

This Peruvian restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, very relaxing. Every meal comes with complimentary warm fresh bread with butter and cilantro olive oil. They have large portions – we always have leftovers for a day or two. The staff is very warm and we’ve had nothing but great service. Here I really enjoyed the Camarones Entre Lima y Pisco. I like that they have more than just seafood on the menu too. They also have free Wi-Fi.

Anchor’s Fish and Chips

A casual place that will have you coming back! Everything is crisp and fried to perfection. Though I have tried several menu items, my favorite is still the Fish n’ Chips. They have burgers, sausages, and fried veggies on their menu too, and they also offer a nice weekend breakfast. All portions are large for a great price. They have outdoor seating to enjoy as well.
