Our Favorite Neighborhoods

Crocker Ranch in Roseville often called Blue Oaks, in West Roseville, is one of the best neighborhoods for active lifestyles because of the biking and walking trails that follow the long creek and meandering oak trees. Truly spectacular, and in the middle of the subdivision is a great French restaurant La Provence that has a great seasonal menu, full bar and outdoor seating area among the oak trees. This neighborhood also features a couple of city maintained tennis courts, basketball, soccer and baseball fields with multiple parks along the walking trails. One of the best areas to live in West Roseville!

Diamond Oaks

Diamond Oaks in Roseville is a hidden gem around a great publicly maintained golf course in the middle of a subdivision. You definitely want to take a look at the luxury homes around the course if you want to live near The Galleria Mall, The Fountains, and still have your privacy.  There are many Roseville custom designed homes from the 1980’s to the 2000’s that are very beautiful and unique all around the golf course. The best part is there is a great sense of community here.

Highland Reserve

Highland Reserve in Roseville is a nice neighborhood that features a beautiful park, great elementary schools and easy access to high-end grocery stores, as well as the places you would expect like Home Depot, Lowes, Staples, and great restaurants you can see in our restaurant section. There’s also a nice little FroYo joint in the Nugget Plaza. What makes this neighborhood unique is how convenient it is to everything. From highway 65 to Pleasant Grove and just about home. Avoid the traffic and be near everything with great neighbors.

Johnson Ranch

Johnson Ranch in Roseville is a very desirable older neighborhood as it is surrounding Maidu Park which is the largest sports park complex in Roseville. It features trails, with soccer fields, basketball, football, batting cages and community center. What makes this area unique is all the recreation available. It is has a huge open park next to Thomas Jefferson Elementary and the few years new Mike Shellito Indoor Pool.

Granite Bay

Los Logos

Los Logos in Granite Bay is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods along Folsom Lake with custom homes on large lots. It is further from the hustle and bustle, but definitely the definition of luxury.
